1. General Provisions.
1.1. The Privacy Policy of DELTA Education (Legal entity L.E.T Study FZE, tax number 104655964500001) outlines the principles for collecting, using, and transferring your personal data to other parties in order to provide you with the services you purchase from the company.
1.2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the company's public offer and explains what personal data of users is collected and stored by the company when using its website and services, as well as when it may be used or transferred to third parties. If you wish to use the company's services, you need to read and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and the public offer.
1.3. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy, Privacy Policy) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR)
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
2.1.The Company defines for each purpose of processing personal data the categories and list of personal data processed, methods, terms of processing and storage, and the procedure for destroying personal data upon achieving the purposes of their processing or upon other legal grounds.
2.2.The Company has identified the following purposes for processing the User's personal data:
· Providing access to the Company’s Platform upon registration on the website;
· Ensuring the security of the Platform and its proper functioning;
· Restoring access to the Account (in case of theft/loss of login and password/error in login during registration/inability to use two-factor authentication);
· Providing access under paid plans upon payment by credit card;
· Ensuring the reliability of the Platform's operation and the ability to recover data after failures using backup and data recovery technologies;
· Processing on behalf of the User to implement processes automated by the User using the Platform (regulated by the Data Processing Assignment);
· Receiving and processing monetary payments from the User;
· Communication with User. This is necessary to provide responses to inquiries, establish communication with you regarding transactions or your account, advertise our products and services, provide other relevant information, or request data or feedback. Sometimes we may use your personal data to send important notifications, such as purchase confirmations and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. You cannot opt out of receiving such important notifications, as this information is necessary for interacting with the Company.
· Security and Fraud Prevention. This is necessary to protect employees, the Company, and other individuals, as well as to prevent harm and combat fraud, including the protection of employees, the Company, and other individuals for the benefit of all our users. It also includes pre-screening or analyzing uploaded content for potentially illegal materials, including those related to child sexual exploitation.
· Compliance with Legal Requirements. This is necessary to comply with applicable laws, such as fulfilling tax obligations, providing reports, or complying with lawful requests from government authorities.
· Transferring the User's personal data to another Data Controller when the User transfers their profile to them.
2.3.The Company collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under the public offer, which the User has accepted, as well as for informing the User about the Company's products, conducting advertising mailings, and other information regarding products and services that the Company may consider of interest to the User.
3. List of Personal Data
3.1. By accepting the offer and checking the corresponding box on the website, the User consents to the processing, storage, transfer, and other use of the following personal data:

· Your credit card details;
· Tax ID;
· Tax and payment information;
· Photos and videos of the User, if uploaded by the User to their profile
4. Procedure for Processing Personal Data
4.1. By purchasing services from the Company, using its website, or other platforms, the User agrees that the results of surveys filled out by the User, progress, initial level, and achieved level (learning data) are visible to the Company.
4.2.If you are a client, you will be added to our email list of clients, through which we can see whether and when you have opened our emails and clicked on links contained therein. Based on your actions via email, we may send you personalized and targeted messages (behavioral data).
4.3.Processing is carried out by: collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure, or destruction of data.
4.4.The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data. If you decide to request the deletion of your personal data from the platform where materials are stored, you will no longer be able to access our paid content, and this choice does not entitle you to a refund, without prejudice to assumptions provided in our general terms of sale.

For instance, financial offerings by the Company such as Company Card and Company Cash are provided by the Company and its partners. The Company requires its partners to protect your personal data.
· Developers and Publishers from whom you purchase subscriptions. If you purchase a third-party subscription in the App Store or Apple News, we create a subscriber identifier that uniquely identifies you within the developer's or publisher's system. The subscriber identifier may be used to provide reports to the developer or publisher that include information about your subscription and country of residence. If you cancel all subscriptions to a specific developer's or publisher's services, the subscriber identifier will be reset after 180 days (unless you renew the subscription). This information is shared with developers or publishers so they can analyze the use of their subscriptions.
· Other Parties. The Company may disclose personal data to other parties at your direction or with your consent, such as when we provide information to a carrier to activate your account. We may also disclose information about you if we believe it is necessary or justified for national security, law enforcement purposes, or other significant public interests. Additionally, we may disclose information about you when legally required or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to enforce our terms of service, protect our operations or users, or in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale of the business.
5.2.The Company does not sell your personal data, including as defined under the legislation of United Arab Emirates and the European Union. The Company also does not "transfer" your personal data as defined under the legislation of United Arab Emirates and the European Union.

6.1.The Company believes that the effectiveness of ensuring confidentiality depends on the effectiveness of the security system.
